Return Policy

Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges if product with quality problems. You may request it within 5 days, please contact our customer service via email (likeathome2018@gmail.com) and provide a photo of defective product. Once we are approved your defective product returned, please arrange the delivery to S.F. Express service centers and returned shipping fees are undertaken by LIKE@HOME. Please return the product together with the original invoice, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc. Please do not stick any labels or write directly on our original packaging. We will refund the payment within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Please email the shipment receipt to us when the returned product is delivered.

Please note as below
1. Please provide a photo of defective product to us to confirm the problem(s). All returned or exchanged products must be in original condition with original packaging attached. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted without the original condition.
2. If 5 days have gone by since the arrival of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
3. If we do not have stocks for exchange, LIKE@HOME will make a refund to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site. Please return the products to us as soon as possible in order to avoid the products are out of stock.
4. We accept one exchange per order. To avoid any disputes, please verify all delivered items carefully before return, then pack it carefully.

Before placing the orders, customers should understand and agree as below:

We will properly check and pack all goods, especially fragile items before delivery.
Customer should be considered the transportation risk before purchasing. Customer shall be bear the risk for all damage or loss during delivery.
The delivery address based on the information provided by the customer. Re-shipping fee is undertaken by customer if customer enter the address incorrectly. Please make sure the delivery address you entered is complete and correct.
