2. Can I cancel my order?

3. How to check the status of my order?

4. Can I change my delivery address after a purchase?

5. How can I pay for my order?

7. How long will my order take to arrive?
It generally will take 2 - 3 working days to deliver after we confirm your order and payment. (Our Business Day : Monday – Friday)

It will be delivered around 2 – 3 working days. You will receive an SMS notification when the order is delivered to the self-collection point. The self-collection is subject to the time as specified in SMS.
8. How long will the S.F. Express keep my parcel? What happens if I don't pick up the parcel at a specific time?
a) Once received the SMS notification, S.F. Store, S.F. Express Service Centers, EF Locker, 7-11 Convenience Stores, Circle K Convenience Stores will keep the parcel for 3 days.
b) The parcel will back to S.F. express if the parcel fails to be collected by 3 days. S.F. Express will call you and rearrange pickup for overdue parcel.
